From Dream to Movement
How Afro Familia grew from a small community gathering to a global cultural force.
The vision for Afro Familia was born — a dream to unite Africans in the diaspora around music, culture and community.
Afro Familia officially founded and realised in Berlin by a passionate group of African diaspora creatives.
First community project launched. Music Publishing division also launched in the same year — registering hundreds of artists.
Launched Afro Familia Community Radio — streaming 24/7 to listeners across Europe, Africa and beyond.
First Afro Familia Festival hosted — a landmark celebration of African music, arts, food and culture.
Building the next chapter — bigger festivals, global radio expansion, more community impact worldwide.

Professionally known as Kollinzo
A Berlin-based Afro Fusion artist, entrepreneur, and visionary dedicated to connecting Africans across the globe while showcasing the richness of African culture to the world.
Born and raised in Nigeria and now based in Berlin, Germany, Kollinzo has always believed that music is more than entertainment. It is a powerful bridge between people, cultures, and generations. After studying International Relations and later earning a degree in Music Business, he pursued a dream of taking African music and culture to the world's biggest stages.
That dream became Afro Familia — what began as an independent entertainment label has evolved into a growing global ecosystem and cultural movement that empowers African artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and communities.
